We believe healthcare delivery models are isolated, especially for youth. To offer preventive health for youth, we need to deliver integrated care across schools, pediatricians, mental health providers, social workers, parents so that Jersey City youth have access to care in an effective manner. We have the technology platform and provider network that can deliver such care to jersey city youth.
