S&G Physcal THerapy (aka Strulowitz & Gargiulo Physical Therapy) is an out patient provider of Physical and Occupational Therapy at our main office located at 1 Nardone Place in Jersey City (at corner of Kennedy Blvd and Route 139) and at the RWJ Barnabas Jersey City Medical CenterOut Patient Physical & Occupational Therapy Department at 395 Grand Street Jersey City. We provide therapy for all types of injuries, surgeries and conditions for all ages and gladly accept all insurances.

Perspective on Health Equity
