About the partner

In Jersey City, Prevention Links operates the Skyway Family Success Center where individuals and families can participate in a variety of free programs, activities and workshops each month, covering topics like; parenting. We also provide family and individual mental health services through the FSC. We also operate the Recovery Junction Recovery Center were individuals with substance use disorder can participate in activities, mutual aid meetings, resource navigation, and recovery coaching.

Our work focuses on identifying and enhancing existing strengths within the individual, family, school, and work setting to serve as the first and most valuable resource in sustainable revitalization of all types of community. Building a Culture of Health means equipping the community with the resources they need to be healthy and sustainable.
