The Paulus Hook Farmer's Market provides a local open market where the residents can shop straight from the farm, organic as well as field produce, herbs, eggs, milk and some farm prepared foods. We also work with local city and Nj state, vendors who provide prepared foods and specialized organic products like mushrooms. We invite local trainers/ yoga to conduct a free class and answer questions. We

Building a Culture of health in Jersey City allows me to promote a high quality of life to our residents. Creating a Market where I can provide local chefs opportunities, using ingredients largely provided by our vendors to teach our residents how to eat healthy and enjoying doing it. All the camraderie and atmosphere generated by the Market has an additional positive, creating a place of positive mental wellness.
