About the partner
Patriot Pads is a 501(c)3 designed to build and/or renovate multifamily properties specifically for student veterans. The incoming student veteran is offered the opportunity by a university to purchase a multi family property before the start of the school year. The rent from the other units subsidizes if not covers the veteran’s mortgage.
Perspective on Health Equity
Doing good for other people gives those the ability to do the same. Health and stability tie closely to ones' home, their financial stability and mental health.
