What services do we provide?

I have experience teaching yoga and meditation to all levels and abilities. I can teach yoga to older students, and students working with injuries. I can also work with younger, more athletic students who may feel more adventurous. Yoga can help with fitness, flexibility, strength, and balance. And meditation/mindfulness can help with inner balance, peace, self-understanding, emotional regulation, and ease of being.

What does building a Culture of Health mean to Jessica Stickler Yoga as an organization?

I am interested in health and wellness for all people, and would like more people from more parts of our city to have access to yoga and meditation practices
