Jersey City Writers seek to create a nurturing and inclusive creative environment. We believe writers benefit most from uplifting support and constructive criticism. We believe in equality of writing and writers and open our doors to every experience level, every style, and every genre.

Perspective on Health Equity

We strive to build community health and individual health by offering a safe space for writers to create, learn, and grow. We are working to provide three or four outdoor summertime events under the heading of 'Meditative Writing'. This will combine our usual relaxed writing atmosphere with a meditation instructor to further enhance the writing experience.
