The C.H.O.I.C.E.S. Program is a special education program intended to support schools' efforts to achieve positive change for at risk students.Psychologists and LCSW's provide student and staff support, and conduct individual/group counseling services. In addition, students receive at least one of the following services; art therapy, music therapy or adapted physical education. To improve students' self-regulation skills, daily movement and mindfulness activities are required.
The C.H.O.I.C.E.S. Program is committed to assisting students with emotional and behavioral disabilities to acquire self-regulation skills, social skills and anger management techniques to improve their overall mental health and sense of well-being.
