What services do we provide?

We are the City’s non-profit partner for parks and other open spaces. We manage activities & events, maintain gardens, advocate for playgrounds, and preserve history. Our 21 member parks are supported by community volunteers.

What does building a Culture of Health mean to Jersey City Parks Coalition as an organization?

The Jersey City Parks Coalition’s vision for building a culture of health is to educate and advocate for better parks, beautify our open spaces, increase the citywide tree canopy to 40% and adopt a comprehensive storm water management and resiliency plan.
