What services do we provide?

Innate Wisdom is a small agency in Jersey city/Bayonne. It provides individual and couple counseling. Many of Innate Wisdom clients come in to address anxiety, depression, maternal mental health, life transition, and addiction. Innate Wisdom have trained professional/s in holistic approach, family system approach, trauma informed approach, neuroscience, neurofeedback, mindfulness, ACT, motivational interview and play therapy.

What does building a Culture of Health mean to Innate Wisdom NJ as an organization?

Building a culture means building a foundation in a person's character which does not limits to that person but only expanded. It becomes our need to build this foundation with values and virtues good in nature which later becomes soul of a good society. Jersey city is a home to me and home means to have safety and security. With Innate Wisdom, I hope to build wiser community for generations to carryon and cherish.
