About Our Partnership with

What services do we provide?

The primary service/programs provided by Farms in the Heights grows out of our primary program, the Riverview Farmers Market, a weekly farmers market which operates from May through November and offers locally grown, nutrient dense food and other craft goods. In addition, the market provides access to local food systems to our entire community through a variety of initiatives, including through our doubling of SNAP dollars and community food bank partnerships.

What does building a Culture of Health mean to Riverview Farmers Market as an organization?

Building a culture of health in Jersey City means residents, community groups and government officials committing to universal access to fresh, healthy and local food.
