Building a Culture of Health in Jersey City means leveraging and delivering a trauma-informed, evidence-based continuum of programs that address not only physical, but social and emotional wellbeing for individuals, families and communities. This can only be done through meaningful collaborations with cross-sector partners to address social determinants of health, and develop effective and measurable systems that yield healthy, safe, and sustainable communities.
