Lutheran Senior LIFE (LIFE) is a health insurance program delivering all healthcare services to seniors with chronic care needs. In addition, the program ensures participants can live independently in their home for as long as possible. We are conveniently located in Jersey City, next door to the Jersey City Medical Center. We provide the healthcare services as a participant may need access doctors, nurses, therapies, social interactivity, and well-balanced meals.

Lutheran Senior LIFE PACE Program ( A program of all-inclusive care for the elderly), continues to build a Culture of Health by providing and coordinating home and healthcare services for qualified seniors so that they can continue to live safely in their home and community.
