Bayside Park Neighborhood channels city recourses and uses grass roots initiative to help improve and bring our community together. At Bayside Park we host events and activities to beautify the park and bring residents together to improve our wellness and quality of life.

Health and Wellness in our community starts with access to knowledge and instruction followed by opportunities to practice together. This builds the confidence to practice on our own and then share the knowledge to empower others to live their best life. In an urban environment using our parks and open space afford a great opportunity to balance out the stress of our day-to-day lives.
