Bayonne Economic Opportunity Foundation’s programs include Head Start, Meals on Wheels, Senior Nutrition, Home Energy Assistance/Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (HEA/LIHEAP), Weatherization, Senior Residential Maintenance, Literacy Programs, Emergency Programs (PAGE & NJ Shares), Rental Assistance Program, Elderly and Handicapped Transportation, Multicultural Affairs, Community Outreach, Homeless Prevention, and Emergency Food Pantry and Shelter.

What does building a Culture of Health mean to Bayonne Economic Opportunity Foundation (BEOF) as an organization?

Building a Culture of Health means equality. BEOF provides low-income individuals in Hudson County with a variety of healthy food selections that may not be readily available to them. BEOF is committed to providing nutritional meals/snacks to 156 Head Start children & meals for 380 senior citizens, 5 days a week. We provide an annual Thanksgiving Dinner for up to 400 seniors & homeless individuals. We succeed in these efforts through partnerships with other organizations such as yours.
