Free Swimming classes for all seniors

Brief Description:
This great water exercise will help you Improve your health without putting added stress or strain on the body, while socializing and having fun with other seniors. Do not know how to swim? Do not worry! Beginners are welcome, and will be introduce the basic skills of swimming and to feel comfortable in the water. Classes are supervised by the Aquatics/life guard.

2 hours/4 classes - combination lecture and movie presentations. Topics: Third trimester changes, signs and symptoms of labor Labor & Delivery "What to expect" Pain management A tour of Labor & Delivery/Postpartum *Although light refreshments will be served, please be sure to eat prior to coming to class.
